About

Noah was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He received his undergraduate B.S. degree (2018) from the University of Chicago, where he researched first row transition metal oxo complexes in Prof. John Anderson’s lab. Noah then moved to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his Ph.D. (2023) developing systems for rhenium-mediated electrochemical N2 reduction under the guidance of Prof. Alex Miller. His research in the Gilliard Group focuses on leveraging main-group chemistry to perform carbon capture and utilization.
