About
Chonghe Zhang was born in Hebei, China. He completed his B.S. in Chemistry at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in 2022. During the last two years of his undergraduate, he was focusing on the synthesis and reactivity studies of carborane-based Lewis superacid under the supervision of Prof. Qing Ye. Now Chonghe is a joint PhD student with Cummins lab, discovering novel borylene precursors.
