About
Kwanwoo was born in Urbana, Illinois, but lived in both Virginia and Seoul, South Korea for most of his life. In 2024, he completed his B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Virginia. During his undergraduate study, he studied rhodium-catalyzed arene alkenylation and Pt-mediated arene C-H activation under the supervision of Professor T. Brent Gunnoe.
